Attila Nagy has been running several laptop repair shops in Budapest for 16 years, and for five years he also served as Managing Director of an enterprise resource planning system company. He therefore knows the world of business software from both the customer and management sides, although he has never worked as a developer. Three months ago, he still did not understand what all the hype around AI was about. Since then, he has built Szervision: a service management program that handles job sheets, calendars, spare parts inventory and NAV Online Invoicing. Based on a dictated sentence after a user’s phone call, it can even create a ready-to-use calendar entry. The program runs in his own repair shops in the cloud, on Android and iOS, live and in daily use.
