Purposes and legal basis of the data

In connection with the maintenance and operation of the Websites and the provision of services
related to the Websites, we process your personal data for the following purposes:
Visiting the Websites
If you visit the Website, the User's IP address is automatically recorded by the Data Controller's
system when you enter the Website.
The purposes of data processing: ensuring the security and technical development of the IT system,
protecting the rights of the data subjects, asserting the legitimate interests of the Data Controller.
Legal basis for data processing: the legitimate interest of the Data Controller. The data is recorded
without the User's separate consent, as it is necessary for the legal provision of the service (e.g. to
filter out illegal use or illegal content).
Term of data processing: automatically recorded IP addresses are stored by the Data Controllers for
a maximum of 7 days after their recording.

Purchasing ad
spaces
If you wish to purchase advertising through the DisplayNOW Platform, you need to register on the
Data Controller's interface.
Purpose of data processing: contacting the data subject or fulfilment of the contract between the
Data Subject and the company as Data Controller in the case of ordering advertising
Scope of processed personal data: your name, username, e-mail address, phone number, the name
of the company (workplace) you represent and your position, your geolocation data provided during
registration.
Legal basis for data processing: your consent.
Term of data processing: the processing of the provided personal data will continue until you
unsubscribe from the service - with the given username - or otherwise request the deletion of your
personal data. Data Controller deletes personal data provided by inactive Data Subjects from its
systems after a maximum of 5 years.
Selling ad spaces
Partners can sell their advertising spaces on the DisplayNOW Platform based on contract concluded
with DisplayNOW Zrt.
Purpose of data processing: maintaining contact with you.
Scope of processed personal data: If you are the representative of the partner selling the ad via the
DisplayNOW Platform, the Data Controller will manage your name, e-mail address, telephone
number, and possibly your workplace and position.
Legal basis for data processing: fulfillment of the contract between the Data Controller and the
partner you represent.
Term of data processing: the processing of the provided personal data will continue until the partner
deletes you as the partner's representative from the system or otherwise you request the deletion
of your personal data. The Data Controller deletes personal data provided by inactive data subjects
from its systems after a maximum of 5 years.
Link to social
media platform
If you link your registration in the DisplayNOW Platform with your existing registration (profile) in a
social media platform, your additional personal data may be processed depending on the case and
the managed social media platform, namely: the social media profile name, URL of the social media
profile, social media profile ID, profile picture, as well as additional data provided on the social media
interface (such as e-mail address, home address, gender, birthday, introduction, etc.) belonging to
the profile created on the given social media platform
Purpose of the data processing: identifying you, contacting you; facilitating the customization of ads,
providing convenience functions; management of individual inquiries; creating statistics and
analyses.
Legal basis of data processing: your consent.
Term of data processing: the processing of the provided personal data will continue until you
unsubscribe from the service - with the given username - or otherwise request the deletion of your
personal data.
Invoicing
For invoicing related to the purchase of services through the DisplayNOW Platform, the Data
Controller may also process the personal data provided by you in connection with the chosen
payment method
Purpose of the data processing: creating the contract between the parties, defining its content,
amending it, monitoring its performance, invoicing the fee related to the service and asserting
related claims, documenting the adequacy of performance, fulfilling accounting obligations.
Legal basis of data processing: the provisions of Act C of 2000 on accounting.
Term of data processing: if an invoice or other accounting document is issued to the data subject, the
Data Controller shall keep the related Personal Data until the end of the period prescribed by the Ac
on accounting (i.e. 8 years).
IndaPlay
services
Registration
If you register to the IndaPlay service, the Data Controller can process your following personal data:
your name, your e-mail address, the IP address and date of your latest entry into the service.
Purpose of the data processing: identification of the data subject's rights; ensuring the services,
protecting the rights of those concerned, ensuring the security of the IT system and its technical
development; making statistics, asserting the Data Controller's legitimate interests. The data is
recorded and processed in connection with the provision of the service, for the reason of the legal
provision of the service (e.g. to filter out illegal use or illegal content).

Term of data processing: the processing of the provided personal data will continue until you
unsubscribe from the service - with the given username - or otherwise request the deletion of your
personal data.

media platform
If you link your registration in the IndaPlay with your existing registration (profile) in a social media
platform, your additional personal data may be processed depending on the case and the managed

Purpose of the data processing: providing information, maintaining contact with the data subject,
preparing statistics and analyses
Scope of the data processing: your name and e-mail address. In addition, if you agree to fill out a
questionnaire in connection with the newsletter, the Data Controller may process additional data
about your interests, content consumption habits, and demographics (based on the answers
provided in the questionnaire).

Term of data processing: the processing of the provided personal data will continue until you
unsubscribe from the service - with the given username - or otherwise request the deletion of your
personal data.
E-mail inquiries
Purpose of the data processing: if you send an e-mail (e.g. message, reader's letter) to the Data
Controller, the Data Controller processes your personal data to fulfil your request.
Scope of the data processing: the sender's e-mail address, and other personal data provided in the e-
mail, depending on the specific case.
Legal basis of data processing: your consent.
Term of data processing: the e-mail address will be deleted on the 3

Events and series of events
Purpose of the data processing: identifying you, contacting you, management of individual inquiries;
creating statistics and analyses.
Scope of data processing: your name, e-mail address, your workplace and position (if provided). If
you buy a ticket for the event, the Data Controller can manage your billing data (name, address,
taxation ID). If you participate in the event, the Data Controller may - depending on the nature of the
event - process your image, audio recording, comments, and any other data you may have provided.

Term of data processing: the processing of the provided personal data will continue until you
unsubscribe from the service - with the given username - or otherwise request the deletion of your
personal data. If an invoice or other accounting document is issued, the Data Controller shall keep
the related Personal Data until the end of the period prescribed by the Ac on accounting (i.e. 8 years).
Prize draws
Purpose of the data processing: ensuring the data subject’s participation in the prize draw, drawing
the winner, communicating with the winner and handing over the prize
Scope of data processing: your registration name and e-mail address.
Legal basis of data processing: your consent; in addition, in connection with the conduct of prize
games, the Data Controller's obligation to preserve accounting documents is prescribed by law.
Term of data processing: the processing of the provided personal data will continue until you
unsubscribe from the service - with the given username - or otherwise request the deletion of your
personal data.
Analytics
The Data Controller preserves and evaluates information about the most recent visits of the data
subject to the Website, as well as how he/she moves around the various parts of the Website
Purpose of the data processing: development of the Websites, preparation of analyses, evaluation of
the use of the Websites
Scope of the data processing: the IP address of the data subject (and in many cases cookies, web
beacons, clicktags or other click meters, which are not considered personal data, i.e. the user cannot
be identified), as well as interest information, habits, preferences (browsing history)
Legal basis of data processing: In the case of an IP address, it is the legitimate interest of the Data
Controller, in the case of other data it is your consent.
Term of data processing: up to 7 days from recording. The Data Controller ensures that these
automatically recorded data are not linked to other personal data, except in cases made mandatory
by law. If the data subject has canceled his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data or
has unsubscribed from the service, his/her identity - excluding investigative authorities and their
experts - will not be identifiable from the technical data.
Rights of the data subject
In the case of data management based on consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time freely
and without restrictions. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of data processing based
on consent prior to withdrawal.
You have the right to request information from us regarding your personal data processed about you.
You can request the correction of the personal data processed about you, request their deletion
within certain limits, request a copy of this data, exercise your right to data portability, and partially
request the restriction of their processing.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by us at any time for reasons
related to your own situation. If you have the right to object and you exercise this right, we will no
longer process your personal data for such purposes.
