Anton Stepanenko is a Partner and Associate Director in the Dubai office of the Boston Consulting Group and Global Head of the Centre of Excellence for Vocational Education and Training. His focus areas are public sector labour and education projects. He has more than 15 years of extensive consulting experience working with governments, universities, leading training organisations and EdTech organisations on education and training projects. Anton has developed BCG's skills development tool, Future Skills Architect, which takes an innovative and "people-centric" approach to transforming skills and talent management at the national level, and which can be tailored to the needs of individual countries and clients.
In addition to BCG, Anton is a member of the UK Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) Board of Trustees. Anton is also the founder of the charity ToDoGood, a national skills and employment platform for disadvantaged people; and Ican.Pro, a training academy for women, minorities and disadvantaged people, set up in partnership with Google.
